POFI
acronym for the point of “f-ck it!”
the pofi is a point reached at which a genuine effort switches to a hasty half-ssed effort. it usually occurs during inane office tasks or any event that lasts longer than originally antic-p-ted.
after i got my report back for revisions a fourth time, i finally reached the pofi and turned it in!
