postmodification
the process by which an individual or a corporate ent-ty modifies former philosophies and expressions of modernism as a response to the emerging postmodern culture. it is the reconstruction of modernist philosophy, art, and culture and the establishment of a postmodern culture in its place. the emphasis is on the observable changes in ambience, such as repainting a room from a neutral color to diverse and contrasting colors.
