2. when a call is disputable, or just bullsh-t.
note: can be used sarcastically in either of these situations.
guy 1: wanna go to the edgy? its gonna go off
guy 2: prehaps.
what happens before something.
ie, “the haps” are to what happens at a party as “the prehaps” are what happens before it.
