Presidential Solution
to solve a problem with a half -ssed attempt, utilizing poor quality materials with little thought to as how long the fix will last.
the trunk of my car would not stay shut, so i came up with a presidential solution and wired it shut with a coat hanger.
to half–ss fix or somewhat repair with inferior parts or labor.
the economy was taken care of with a presidential solution.
