a town that you p-ss through as soon as you cross the california/nevada state line on your way to las vegas from so. cal. it is mostly made up of an outlet mall, gas stations, and hotels, one of which has a its own amus-m-nt park with a huge roller coaster, which is built around the hotel.
person 1: hey, do you want to stop in primm before we get to vegas?
person 2: sure, lets go check out the outlet mall then go to the amus-m-nt park at the hotel next door.
