when you procrastinate on something that is past its due date. so say you had a paper due a few days ago or something, but you still have to write it anyways, but when you go to write it, you procrastinate, so that means, your pro-procrastinating.
jack: “hey man did you turn your paper in last night?”
daniels: “nah man, im going to try to do it tonight, but im sure ill just, pro-procrastinate.”
jack: “it’s ok man, just take some adderall, you won’t lose your focus then.”
daniels: “…don’t do drugs…”
