Prune Steak
a steak dish created by pearl redhouse. it is made by marinating a steak in prune juice. this gives the steak a very fruity favor, slightly tangy yet sweet.
pearl: hey nelson, you want one of aunt pearl’s prune steaks?
nelson: yuck. what’s a prune steak?
pearl: you just marinate the steak in prune juice. trust me honey, you’re gonna love it!
