Psuedo-adult
someone who is old enough and financially secure enough to do all the things they wanted to do as a child but were too young or poor to do them.
someone who is of adult age that has childish behaviors and impulses and routinely acts on them with a slight amount of adult responsibility
psuedo-adult: “ah, the pleasures of psuedo-adulthood. just the other day i went by the store after work just to buy an ice cream sandwich, a nerf gun, and a bottle of vodka to kick off the weekend!”
