psychocracy
a government with psychopathic rulers: psycho + cracy: from the ancient greek suffix -κρατία (-kratía), from κράτος (krátos, “power, rule”; klépto- thieves + -kratos rule, literally “rule by thieves”) is a government with corrupt rulers.
a recent study at oxford university concluded that both donald trump and hilary clinton scored high on the psychopath test. we have psychopaths at the highest positions of our government. a new word to describe such a government is in order – hence psychocracy.
a psychocracy like the us does not have a future unless seriously reformed.
