pubbety-pubbety
pr-nounced like a blend of (pih) and (puh), pubbety-pubbety is a term used to look like a nerd but allows entry into a conversation with a group of friends, without looking like an awkward “third nipple”.
basically you dont have to stand around quietly and hope to get noticed while looking like a douchebag.
(scene: friends talking, standing in a circle.) you walk up to a close friend who isnt talking and say “pubbety-pubbety” quietly so that they will say something like: “oh, hey! there you are, man!”
