Puerto Rican Tickler
1: the hair on the throat of a puerto rican female, usually with some sort of gel or hairspray, preferably aquanet. it is called this because when receiving oral s-x, the hair upon the throat of this rare species of woman, will “tickle” your t-st-cl-s.
