to back stab a loyal friend/college for self gain and personal reasons only and not being remorseful. can be used to describe being inconsiderate also.
this has come about after the change of power in australia’s governmental leadership from kevin rudd to julia gillard.
person 1: did you get dale fired from work and take his place?
person 2: of course i did. i needed the extra money!
person 1: didn’t dale give you the job in the first place?
person 2: your point being?
person 1: you’ve “pulled a gillard”
