1.telling your parents you are spending the night at a friends, while that friend tells their parents they are spending the night at yours. hitting up every party and club in town.

2. tricking your parents into hanging with friends. ending up sleeping in your car or theirs.
question: hey dude want to pull a nelson?

response: sure! already on it!

question: hey bro why did you get grounded?

response: i was in the middle of “pulling a nelson” and my parents found out i wasn’t really at bobs.
