Pumpulance
a hybrid between a fire truck (pumper) and an ambulance. the pumpulance, thought to be cost-saving by combining two pieces of expensive equipment and reducing manpower, is really nothing more than an embarr-ssment and denial by the fire service that ems is swiftly taking over.
