Purple Pecker Pain (Payne)
mainly afflicting tall gentlemen taking either v–gr- or cialis. prevelent in those suffering from osgood–schlatter disease. symptoms include swollen, painful t-st-cl-s with the name being based on the p-n-s turning a bright color of purple prior to -j-c-l-t–n, which then consists of both blood and s-m-n.
yo dawg, me and the boys got done playing basketball and my osgood-schlatters was acting up fierce. i popped the little blue pill and commenced boning my honey. little did i know that purple p-ck-r pain (payne) was gonna hit. girl didn’t like me bleeding on the shizeets.
