a qayz is a great person, a serious, thoughtful natured, shrewd, efficient, and business-minded. qayz are one to make their own decisions, and not be influenced by others. qayz desire independence and freedom from the authority and interference of others they are not overly ambitious, preferring instead just to seek stable, settled conditions which are adequate to meet your responsibilities.
