to drive a car for example a pearl colored audi and shout obscenities at random pedestrians. most effectively used against thugs.
i shouted “queer” at some old guy riding his bike down the street.
to randomly p-ss an individual or group of one or more persons and exclaim the adj. ( queer! ) in an obnoxious manner. a queer out is only necissary to those whom you feel deserve it.
example: group of thugs having a bbq in thare front lawn in southington, ct.
an act like this is worthy of a ( queer! )
