a strange man or woman who rides a vehicle that is a mix between a bicycle and a motorcycle. he/she uses this to ride around everywhere he/she goes. this vehicle makes an annoying noise like a motorcycle, yet has about less 1 horsepower and is basically a bike with a motor. it is completely pointless.
