rachel syndrome
rachel syndrome occurs when someone gets the giggles. rachel is someone with a really weird and/or cute laugh, so if someone has rachel syndrome, they cannot stop laughing at the most stupid things.
oh my god, that girl is so obnoxious… she must have rachel syndrome.
