rachet casper
a person who is a ratchet, who talks a lot and/or is very annoying that one tends to ignore them. they are so into themselves that they don’t care about anything unrelated to them, due to this, is the reason they are ignored, like a ghost.
megan is such a rachet, no one ever pays attention to what she says. she’s kinda like casper, a rachet casper.
