this is the son of the villian in the laser collection, dr. octagonapus. he was the main charecter in the laser collection 3. in it he was a detective trying to solve the serial murders. at the end of the episode he learned his father was the murderer. in the laser collection 5, his next appearence, he was acsedently murdered by his father.
