also known as redravers. ravers that cut themselves for highs, rather then doing the stereotypical action of doing drugs. usually are avid kandi creators/collectors. not to be confused with emos posers; these people are usually generally happy people, and like to cut for fun or pleasure.
i think i traded kandi with a ravecutter; when she took some kandi off of her arms, i saw deep scars all over her wrists.
