raycar is a creature of manifestation powers, who is able to teleport instantly to follow his worshippers and believers. a stout creature, of sh-ggy hair, and owl-like features, resemebling the “ray” and the “car” he is a magical and wonderous muppet.
raycar can be summoned by uttering his name 3 times infront of a mirror while under the influence of at least one psychotropic agent
