to restart a computer several times for no apparent reason that may or may not resolve the issue
user: my computer has been acting strange the last hour
it: have you rebootccied?
user: yes, 4 times the last 10 minutes
it: you should rebootcci one more time just to be safe, sometimes things get hung up and need about 5 to 10 rebootccis
