over-refreshed – smashed, blind, extremely inebriated, p-ssed, tied one on, wasted
refreshed – after a few gl-sses of champagne i would say “oh, i think i’m slightly refreshed”.
over-refreshed – “i woke up in the wrong postcode this morning, i must have been so over-refreshed”.
