(n) also, re-orgy; a play on the term re-org(anization), wherein a company restructures employee reporting and literally all workers get f-cked all over again in their new positions/t-tles. example usage:
“my company just went through another reorgy and now i report to the boss’ nephew in the inside sales team. there go my career aspirations, right down the toilet.”
