a state of having allowed regrowth of one’s pubic hair after having shaved it off, usually describing a male who experiments with pubic shaving and decides he looks better with his normal secondary s-x characteristics and stops shaving the pubic region. could also describe a female, but the usage is less common among females.
he shaved his p-b-s on a dare but didn’t like being a smoothy so decided to go rep-b-scent.
