any republican who propagates juvenile/puerile, personal attacks on non-republicans; sometimes as a form of humor. often the “jokes” are driven by an underlying fanaticism or frustration that is founded in fear or rumor rather than fact or actual evidence. repuerilites exhibit poor self control exemplified in their need to spread their word in electronic and physical media, and with vocal outbursts at gatherings or meetings. if unchecked it may lead to physical violence and actual threats, not unlike those seen in the third world.
