an adjective describing a friend who fails to attend or partic-p-te in an ‘essential’ social activity… such as eating drugs or showing up at the club.
causes may include, but are not limited to:
falling asleep, staying home with the boyfriend/girlfriend, deciding to sober up, doing work, or ,god forbid, watching tv.
“where’s sarah? i thought she was gonna come out tonight”
“nope…she’s being rest home again.
or
“it’s time for more drugs! no is not an answer… don’t be so f-cking rest home!”
