sounds like r-t-rded, but not quite. it is to be said as you would say the name reta, but to say the a for a bit longer. it is a person who is almost r-t-rded, but no quite up to par. they don’t have enough r-t-rdation to be called a r-t-rd, so that makes them retaa.
retaas aren’t quite r-t-rded, but godd-mn it they sure as h-ll come close.
