Rotchy on the Spot
a person who designates a row of parking spots as his own, so in order to park your car you have to pay his a small fee so he can “watch after it to make sure no one messes with it”; when in actually if you don’t pay him anything, he himself will f with your car.
i was in a hurry to get to the bars and just when i find a place to park… f-ckin’ rotchy on the spot comes out of nowhere!!!!
