Roy Mustang

1.) from the anime fullmetal alchemist, roy mustang (colonel throughout most of the series, lt. colonel in some episodes, and brigadier general in the last few) is more well-known as colonel mustang or “flame alchemist”.
a. according to edward elric, roy mustang is nothing but c-cky, self-centered b-st-rd. he and roy have petty arguments throughout the series, and in a few episodes (45-48), he shows a complete sense of hate. however, in episode 49, him and roy reach and understanding of each other and the other’s views. instead of saluting, roy offers to shake ed’s hand. being a rebellious teenager, ed slaps the inside of his palm. they exchange a few last words before ed runs off to the underground city and roy heads to king bradley’s mansion.
b. seen as nothing but the devil to winry rockbell. however, it’s mutual since roy was the one to kill her parents (in the anime, that is).
c. alphonse elric believes that his brother should be thankful to the man. he also sees roy as somewhat of a guardian.
2.) roy mustang is often put into a yaoi relationship with edward, more known as roy/ed.
3.) he shoots fire from his hands, enough said.

a. ed: “you colonel b-st-rd, don’t call me small!!!!!!” roy: “not my fault you’re shorter than a stack of papers.” ed: “why you…”
b. winry: “why…why did you kill them?!” roy: “i didn’t do it because i wanted to…i did it because it was an order.”
c. al: “but brother…we’re indebted to him.”

3.) roy mustang can shoot fire from his gloves with alchemy…so kewl! >w< -fan-girl squeel- a character from the anime/manga series fullmetal alchemist. roy mustang is the very picture of an attractive, sophisticated man in the prime of life. with his dark, piercing eyes and clean-shaven, baby-faced visage, the infamous colonel attracts a great deal of attention from admirers. roy's dark hair - perhaps in keeping with his persona - is worn casually unkempt, falling over his eyes; in more formal or somber situations, however, he is known to wear it neatly slicked back. he is also dead s-xy... in a mini skirt!!!! on the surface, roy seems to be a shallow and self-absorbed man, infamous among many of his colleagues and subordinates alike for the selfish and narcissistic aura he gives off. at the core, he is a remarkably devoted commander whose primary focus and personal duty is to his friends and subordinates. though he hides it well behind a veil of cynicism and self-importance, roy mustang is a man who cares deeply about the people who trust and support him "have you seen roy mustang?'' "yeah he's dead s-xy, in a mini skirt!!!!" a main character from an anime called fullmetal alchemist and the brotherhood series... in fma he is a figure of nuisance to edward elric the main character. his brother alphonse on the other han feels indebted to him. he is the man who got ed into the military. he is a lt. for most of he series and is known as the flame alchemist, and an ishvalan war hero. though ed at first dislikes mustang he grows to tolerate him. the last time hey see each h--r in the episodes is when mustang goes off to kill pride. in the second season also known as fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, roy is more of a likeable figure. he does not kill winry rockbell, ed and als good friend and is given a more st-rdy part. in this series mustang continuously hunts fo the murderer of his friend, hughes giving him a bit more friendly att-tude. later when he finds it was envy (a homunculus) he is about to kill him when scar an ishvalan m-ss murderer, ed and riza hawkeye stop him. late he is forced to do human transm-tation to become a "sacrifice" to father and wrath and pride pin him down and in turn he loses his eyesight. this is a small summary of an awesome character! btw i forgo to mention he wears special gloves so hat when he snaps he uses alchemy to shoot flames from his fingertips. my favourite anime character (and i watch a lot of anime) is roy mustang
