Running Stitch
a terrible pain caused by running which usually results into very painful moans and crying. its like a terrible cramp but about 20x worse. it usually occurs in the area below your stomach and feels like all of those organs are about to explode which impedes you from running. it usually takes a while to go away but it will slowly get better.
while running
sarah: owwww ahhh
julie: what’s wrong?
sarah: my stomach hurts so bad! ahhh i can’t run anymore it hurts so bad!!!
julie: maybe you just have a cramp
sarah: no this is worse than a cramp! i just can’t run anymore!
julie: oh ouch i think you have a running st-tch, you better just sit out for a while
