a particularly annoying person that lives in outlandish areas. they love to complain about how far away everything is, and have terrible social skills. most likely home-schooled they flaunt the fact the finished high school at the age of 14.

can also be a person that is relatively new at the rural life and its customs. do not have any survival skills and would most definitely die of starvation, thirst, or bear attack.

in all cases a rural noob is extremely annoying because of there high-pitch nasally voice.
