rzf is the acronym for resting zombie face (variation: rzfs: resting zombie face syndrome)
a variation of rbf (resting b-tch face). a person whose facial expression, at rest, is emotionless and disengaged. unlike resting b-tch face, which appears as though the person’s resting expression suggests disappointment or displeasure, rbz looks more like a person who is sleeping with their eyes open.
