(verb) doing things of questionable moral nature, esp. those that go against religious teachings and/or doc-ments. (e.g. drugs, s-x, and rock and roll)
this has nothing to do with the occult or the worship of satan.
“you going to jess’s party tonight? there’s going to be lots of sacreligion going on.”
the belief or worship of one’s own devine scr-t-m sack.
heaven’s gate founder marshall applewhite, is a good example of one who practices sacreligion.
