a safe shipping zone is a sp-ce (typically a blog or website) where it is safe to “ship” any fictional pairings. the term is intended for the hp fandom and their pairings but can extend to any and all fandoms. safe shipping zone means that you will not be judged for whatever characters you decide to “ship” (or want to be together) regardless of who they are and their s-x/age/gender. it promotes a non-bullying atmosphere and encourages others to be respectful of certain pairings.
