sal head
refers to an individual who stays “sal”. this means generally to be high on prescripiton pills ranging from uppers to downers, though generaly -ssociated with oxycontin. “sal heads” are people who pop pills for extended period of times. usually are pretty stupid as their brains begin to melt after repeated drug use.
