combining “sanitize” with “sabotage”, the word applies to a situation where someone (e.g. parent, significant other) cleans or organizes your stuff in your absence.
i normally lead a comfortably messy lifestyly, but when i got back from a weekend away, i found that my ocd roommate had totally sanitaged the apartment.
