Scapa bitch
a term used in belgium and holland to describe a popular well-groomed girl with no real sense of style, whose outfit usually consits of a high-priced pair of jeans and a polo by the brand scapa (of scotland), which has the scapa name and logo all over it. a big mouth and att-tude also mark a scapa b-tch. a scapa b-tch is usually part of a larger group of b-tches who are dressed the same way.
