(the name is a contraction of scat-tromboning, with a hint of jazz thrown in for good measure)
the giver performs a rim-job to a man from behind, at the same time as reaching around to w-nk him off (usual tromboning), however, in scat-boning the recipient has a severe case of the sh-ts, and as -rg-sm is reached, expulsion from the colon occurs all over his partner’s face, hair, head and mouth.
