noun. charm, “like b-tter”. used particularly in situations where you encounter a person who is in an especially bad mood and you require something from them or you require them to do something for you. this could be equated to the italian guinea charm (referenced in g-dfather i by the fictional movie director, leo wolz).
“in order to get a discount at the rental car place, i had to use a little schmoozola on the hot, but self-absorbed, brunette attendant.”
“i knew at raise time i would have to use a little extra schmoozola on the boss, so i bought her a spa day for her birthday.”
