Schumacher Standard
the schumacher standard, the principle which states that no female shall be promptly tapped if she is not believed to be at least a five on the ten-point scale, such that four shalt thou not tap neither thou tap 3 unless thou intend on proceeding to five by whatever prospective motive or means.
