an older individual usually of the male persuasion how has a habit of hitting on young girls.
a man usually seen hanging around young girls while they are on a night out. commonly known as a pedophile’
main difference between a pedophile and a ‘scraunty man’ is the fact that most ‘scraunty men’ are usually drunk and disillusioned to the actual age of their chosen girl
