adj. a sc-m f-g is roll-up cigarette created by removing the excess tobacco found in cigarette ends, placing the retrieved tobacco in to any brand of cigarette paper and rolling it up. this is a practice often carried out at times of economic strife or after a night out when tobacco supplies are depleted and the shop is shut.
