sea beef
sea beef is another name for lobster. the term was coined in the late 1990’s by grade 12 economics student michael w-ng when he proved that lobster is a perfect economic subst-tute for beef. when studying the decline in demand for beef during the mad cow scare, w-ng noticed that lobster demanded levels rose in direct collation with the declining consumption of beef. w-ng wrote a b+ paper on the subject ent-tled ‘the beef of the sea’.
