a game involving two or more guys standing in a circle w-nking into their hands. after beating off to completion the the sp-nk is then flung, or “sea gulled” into the face of another partic-p-nt.
guy 1: hey what are you up to tonight, you want to go to the bar?
guy 2: no thanks buddy. i’m a little broke right now but i’m having some guys over for a sea gull circle. you down?
guy 1: sounds good bro. you’re sooooo getting an eye full.
