Secondary channel
a television channel you watch only when your primary channel is on commercial.
a secondary channel must be picked out during the first commercial break of your primary show/channel, and it also must be back from commercials as soon as the primary channel goes to a break, thus avoiding the black hole of boredom caused by r-t-rdedly long commercials.
guy 1: “gosh darn it! it’s on commercial again! pick a secondary channel already.”
