it means s-xy; typed in a different way, usually used when playing around, between friends, sometimes when being sarcastic.
usually used to tell someone of the same gender the look good or s-xy without making it sound h-m-s-xual. or to tell a friend they look s-xy without having them mislead the message.
or just plain use to tell someone they look good.
