a phrase used to describe when one of your eyes happens to stare at a girls chest or b-tt. this usually occurs without you noticing but with everyone else noticing.
girl: your friend is a creeper i swear he was staring at my chest all night.
guy: lol ill talk to him about it later today

guy: dude were you staring at my girls chest last night
guy 2: nah man i took my glance when she arrived and left but thats it
guy: oh dude you must have selective lazy eye syndrome
